What's Covered
- 1 Year Coverage
All new equipment installations are covered for one (1) year from the date of installation.
- Parts and Labor
Both parts and labor costs are included if an issue arises during the warranty period.
- Applies to Non-Home Warranty Customers Only
This warranty is exclusive to Foxcroft HVAC & Refrigeration customers and does not apply if equipment is covered under a third-party home warranty plan.
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover repairs or replacements needed due to:
- Lack of Regular Maintenance or Neglect
- External Events Outside of Our Control, Such as:
- Tree damage
- Lightning strikes or power surges
- Flooding, fire, or other natural disasters
- Alterations or Repairs Performed by Non-Foxcroft Technicians
- Normal Wear and Tear Outside of the First year

Q: How do I make a warranty claim?
Simply call our office and provide your installation details. We'll schedule a technician to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Q: Can I extend the warranty?
We'll be happy to discuss ongoing maintenance plans and extended protection options to keep your system covered beyond the first year.
Q: What if I already have a home warranty?
If your system is covered under a third-party home warranty provider, our Foxcroft warranty does not apply. We recommend checking with your provider for coverage details.
